Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment/order confirmation.
During launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Delivery Timeline:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility:
Items may be eligible for return or exchange if:
Return request is initiated within"7 days of delivery"
Product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
Original tags and packaging are intact
The product is returned in its original condition
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products purchased during the final sale or clearance
Customised or made-to-order items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Only one time exchange of product is allowed; multiple exchanges will not be entertained.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.
Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. A logistics fee of Rs150 will be charged for each exchange request.
Refunds:
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider, A ₹ 99 reverse shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where a return is necessitated by an error on the part of LA SAUCE.
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method. COD orders: refunded to your bank account. UPI refunds are not possible per RBI guidelines.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
We will review the request and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Product Care:
Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, drying, or storage may not qualify for return or exchange.
For linen garments, we recommend gentle care to preserve the natural texture and character of the fabric.
